Dagard bi-block door for cleanrooms
Dagard offers several door models for your cleanrooms consisting of a bi-block system. With the sliding bi-block door or the bi-block service door, make the best possible choice for your cleanroom.
Bi-block sliding door
The Dagard bi-block sliding door has been developed to adapt to the bi-block system, offering the highest air permeability.
It is easy to clean and is suitable for use in cleanrooms of all classes.
The sliding door frame is flush with the bi-block partition. Its 60 mm leaf consists of an aluminium honeycomb core located between two smooth galvanised steel sheet metal facings coated with epoxy-polyester powder paint, oven-cured (colour according to colour chart).
This watertight sliding door is available in a leaded version. It includes a lead sheet with X-ray protection specially adapted to radiology rooms, operating rooms, etc…
Bi-block service door
In addition to our bi-block sliding door, we have developed a range of service doors that fit the bi-block system.
- The bi-flush door: This service door adapts to the bi-block partition system. Its leaf (or possibly its leaves) and frame are flush on both sides of the wall.
It is available in a leaded version, for the passage of personnel and offers total protection in premises such as Medical Imaging. It can be adapted to Dagard leaded partitions.
